Overview

Reflect helps you revisit memories from your Apple Photos library. Your photos and videos remain on your device: Reflect does not upload, store, scan, or sell the contents of your photo library.

This policy explains the information handled when you use Reflect and the services that receive it.

Information We Do Not Collect

Reflect does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or the contents of your photos and videos in order to provide the app.

We do not request access to your device's current location. If you contact us directly, we will use the information you provide, such as your email address, to respond.

Information We Collect

We collect limited technical and usage information to operate and improve Reflect, diagnose bugs, understand aggregate product use, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

This may include:

We do not send photo files, video files, captions, asset identifiers, contact details, or the names of places in your library to our analytics providers.

Photos and Location

Reflect accesses your Apple Photos library locally to show memories. You can revoke this access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

Reflect does not track your device location. If a photo already contains a location, Reflect may send its coordinates to Apple's geocoding service to obtain a place name for display in the app. We do not send those coordinates to our own servers or analytics providers.
